GUIDE How to Enable Thunderbolt 3 Hotplug on macOS

Hi, here am I again. So I want to get some more trying out stuff. I was running the NVM43 MOD from CaseySJ Z390 board on the Titan Ridge Card. HotPlug wasn't possible for my Audio Card in the Thunderbolt Chassis, because it never would link the Audio Driver to the card, when not using HotPlug...

Got some working SSDT now for HotPlug and it works. Only problem now is that my Audio Card won't load it's driver and isn't recognised. When not using the SSDTs it's working fine.

    Z77X-UD5H <> Titan Ridge 2.0

Hi, just updated to NVM50 Mod from CaseySJ for the Titan Ridge 2.0 Card, this one is also seen by my system. I'm running indeed a link between PIN 3 and PIN 5. What I now need to do is to make an SSDT for further working HotPlug according to CaseySJ's guide. You need or can use 'HackinDROM' but...

    Z77X-UD5H <> Titan Ridge 2.0

I tried connecting the Thunderbolt SSD to the card when the system was on, but it didn't showed up. After rebooting the PC, it was shown on the desktop, so I guess hotplug isn't working and Thunderbolt devices only show when doing a 'reboot' or startup with it already attached.

    Z77X-UD5H <> Titan Ridge 2.0

Hi, Yes, correct, it's working and yes, I'm using a flashed firmware. I don't have an SSDT yet for HotPlug, that's why I'm asking how to make one, because in other screenshots is see something like RP05 and RP21 and here I got something totally different

    Z77X-UD5H <> Titan Ridge 2.0

Hi @EliteMacx86 So what I tried an hour ago was putting the card in the second PCIe slot (labeled PCIEX8) instead of the 3th (PCIEX4) And bam, card is recognized. But when looking at IOReg for the SSDT it's seems strange: So, what do I need to do now ? I'm feeling that my IOReg is completely...

    Z77X-UD5H <> Titan Ridge 2.0

Hi, My system doesn't have Thunderbolt settings in the BIOS, it's like a real Mac Pro 5,1. In the first guide link you're talking about connecting an Thunderbolt Device before booting. But when I do this, I don't see it in the 'IOREG' So I can't make an SSDT for it.

    Z77X-UD5H <> Titan Ridge 2.0

Hi, I think this is easier to reply to. So my system specs: Z77X-UD5H-F16_Modded_Bios (f16 mod 11) i7-3770k - HD4000 (Pure compute) 32GB DDR3-1600 AMD Radeon Pro WX 7100 (Vendor HP) [PCIe Slot 1] 1x 250 GB SSD for MacOS 1x 250 GB SSD for Audio 1x NVMe SSD via Adapter for audio [PCIe Slot 3]...

GUIDE How to Enable Thunderbolt 3 Hotplug on macOS

Hi, I'm looking for some more information / help. I know I don't have the newest hardware if you're talking about motherboard and CPU. But since MacPro 5,1 are able to use the Titan Ridge 2.0 card via an flashed MOD, I thought maybe it can work on my system too. I flashed the card with the '43...
