You shouldn't need ProtectMemoryRegions.
As per your profile, it indicates that you have a Dell Laptop. If that's the case, enable CustomSMBIOSGuid. In addition, set the SMBIOS mode to Custom.
Remove InvalidFlexRatio as well.
