The Panic is actually due to the AMD GPU.Hello, I successfully installed macOS Monterey, but the system crashes when I use Discord or when I open League of Legends. I keep getting a "Panic CPU" issue. If anyone knows how to solve it, I would be really grateful
I will try and let you know results, thanks! The Panic is actually due to the AMD GPU.
Remove AMDRyzenCPUPowerManagement.kext, SMCAMDProcessor.kext, and SATA-unsupported.kext
Also, remove unfairgva=1 boot arg.
Attach the revised EFI to check!Hello, I removed the kexts you mentioned and the boot argument, so the last error disappeared. However, it still causes a panic issue, but now with a different kext exception
Kernel Extensions in backtrace:
com.apple.kec.pthread
Have you mapped the USB ports on your own? Here is updated efi
Yes, the ports are mapped correctly as far as I understand. I also updated the BIOS to the latest version yesterday because I thought the issue might be related to that. I have tried both enabling and disabling 4G Decoding, but the problem persists. Once the game loads, the system seems to go into sleep mode, and the GPU fans ramp up to 100%. For reference, the boot drive is a Kingston SA400S37120GHave you mapped the USB ports on your own?
Is your BIOS up to date? Does it has 4G Decoding option?
Also, what boot drive are you using to boot macOS?
Use 4G Decoding and remove npci flags.Yes, the ports are mapped correctly as far as I understand.
