intel wifi/BT stops my trackpad working

Hi all, really weird issue here, Mald0n from other forum fixed my efi when worked on sonoma to Sequoia on Asus X540LA (my wife notebook) using ethernet port (because i don't have wifi/bt compatible)
So i bought and received an intel compatible card to work on Sequoia i put the kexts and after reboot, reset nvram and boot again trackpad does not work anymore! but intel wifi and BT working but no trackpad
without theses intel kexts my trackpad working....
Mald0n says to me DSDT patch can not resolve this issue.
What do you think? someone have this issue before? hope someone can help i don't have this issue before with kexts it is the first time i see that

i forgot to tell don't use IntelBTPatcher kext can make my issue for stop working trackpad????

Never had issues like this before. Attach your EFI to check. What macOS version have you installed?

i want to test a fresh install on sonoma and see if there is the same issue

if you fix my issue it's great otherwise i will test broadcom or atheros card and put an external BT usb key for bluetooth

finally I really think it is a kext bug only in Ventura does not seems to have the trackpad stop working
