Vram Problem on AMD 5600g

I have 16 GB RAM and I set my igpu 4 gb from Bios but when I open Arc browser or anything which uses high GPU then it gets worse and and the PC becomes slow and the GPU not work properly

It's not a VRAM issue but NootedRed issue.
