SOLVED Upgrade to Sonoma from Ventura XPS 9570

I'm running Ventura on a xps 9570. I downloaded Sonoma and while trying to upgrade to Sonoma it reboots and shows the apple logo for about 10-15 seconds or so and reboots over and over. I had somewhat the same deal with Ventura but after resetting Nvram a couple times everything worked great. I want to figure it out but kind of stumped. I appreciate any help.

No idea without the PR Files. Attach your PR Files to check further.
