Safari lag performance no smooth

After installing and setting up all using safari shows laggy when i install 3rd party browsers like arc, brave , chrome , edge all are smooth and gpu acceleration working great how i know it laggy like scrolling and going on google earth and zooming in and out the earth load on safari is laggy and choppy but not on other browsers . even i use mos to smooth but still didnt work, yes gpu acceleration is working on os Sonoma detected by video pro x both hvec and h264 shows gpu detected bro please solve

previous smbios was Macpro 17,1 currently using iMac Pro 2017 ( both has safari laggy on google earth while using on different browser they are butter smooth and flawless

Checked at our end and it is lagging here too. Tested on a real Mac as well. But that cannot be referred as real lag.

Provide a video to check further.
