MSI MEG Z690I UNIFY Thunderbolt Kernel Panic

So I have an active system built around;

MSI MEG Z690I UNIFY - JHL8540 - MAPLE RIDGE

12900k
6650xt

all working well, currently ventrua but will be ,migrating back to monterey.

but for me Im not to sure what going on with thunderbolt, the ports are not detected by windows without ''discrete thundebolt support'' being enabled, but with that on mac os kernel pannics and wont boot at all,
there is a guide on here that dictates the settingjs but most of them arent on my board, so I njeed to post with thunderbolt and and I cant!

any ideas! thanks!
