LapicKernelPanic is for HP systems only. Disable it, reset NVRAM twice and then try to boot. It could be also possible that the dmg file you have is corrupt. So, re-create the bootable USB. Make sure you're using the latest OC and the related kexts. Also, for meanwhile, remove Airportitlwm.kext. Also, the correct arg is
