Hey there,

I am working on making my laptop run macos. (what a bummer) I have already tried a lot with ventura and sonoma only up till so far I am only able to get to the picker and start the installer and run it up till in the logs it shows #[EB|LOG:EXITBS:START] every time after that it reboots. I suspect that it is cause I am using sonoma 14.8.7. In order to get it working propperly I need a earlier version of sonoma only from what I can find there are no available download links for under 14.8.

Would anyone be so kind to help me with one or more working downloads for Sonoma that is most likely work on my system?

I look forward to hearing something back

What I am specifically searching for is the .pkg and not an iso if possible.

I found this ISO: https://archive.org/download/mac-os-sonoma-14.5
only a .pkg would be even greater.

Update: Me being a total newbie thought that the ISO would not work only (yeah......) it does. It only takes a long time to download the ISO. Now restoring it to my now formatted usb through Disk Utility.

Assuming you don't have Mac, you can create the Bootable USB using Windows/Linux itself. You'll have to configure the quirks for your Laptop.

Start here:

Thanks though only I required myself a iMac 2009 last year and now got the idea to put macos on my laptop.

Update:
I required the last standing link from the wayback machine for ventura 13.6.3 from Mr. Macintosh.

Here the direct download link:
NOTE: Link does work only download might not be fully preserved.

I am trying this next cause sonoma 14.5 does not seem to want to work

Were you able to install?

Not through the site, got more or less the hole file through terminal only it was still broken a bit so working on that. If I get it working then I'll make a download link for it

Why not just use OpenCore Recovery tool for online install? That's pretty easy!
