Oh yes, chameleon was really something back in the days !
I was using a netbook with Intel GMA 950, one of the very fews which was compatible with macOS. At school everyone was wondering what the hell was that Mac laptop with huge apple sticker on it
Didn't have the opportunity to play much with Chimera, but I went with the Clover journey for a while - caused me lots of headaches with some broken updates.
Then opencore arrived, and when I was able to perform a boot at the very first try with it, that was so satisfying !
