help to install hackintoch catalina on Hp laptop

Ihave:Laptop HP elitebook 8460p
CPU :Intel core i5 2.4 ghz
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 3000 3MB
1024 x 768 (XGA - eXtended Graphics Array)
type GPU
bootloader : clover (UEFI)
when i tray to install catalina update does not want to. so need to create some patch before instalation.can some bady show me how? thanks

and i could have Mojave on this machin i get catalina update but when i tray to install it does not want to, then i tray to clean all and boot catalina clean from usb but this too does not work.after i tray all what i see in youtube about catalina and nothing happend and can you just point me to the right guide and tell me what i could make wrong.
