You did not follow the guide carefully. The config.plist is not cleaned up and the files are not as per the guide. Follow the guide again properly.

My files are for Alder Lake, they should be correct. Or not? I just double checked them

It should be but it is not. Watch the guide carefully and re-attach the EFI to check.
