The RTC fix patch just changes the hex value from 0x08 to 0x02. But after searching for where the RTC values are being used i found that they were being used in EC query and that might be the reason the battery freezes. Have a look at the below screenshot, can you find a way to solve this.

Update : I removed the RTC fix patch and the battery meter is not shown at 100% forever but still the battery meter is not updating when booted.
