I’ve done what you said. I replaced Mac Pro to iMac20,1 in usb ports. I didn’t change the SMBIOS and disabled Xhciportslimits. It works, but after, when I select SMBIOS update mode to create and make one for iMac20,1, after reboot no usb is working

I also saw that when I change SMBIOS, no usb is working even if I stay on iMac20,1. WiFi is also working when I boot on EFI in my usb but when I replace EFI in System partition, it connects to WiFi without internet

I’ve changed SMBIOS to overwrite, and I’ve done the resizeapplegpubars to -1. The problem is when I disable xHCIportslimit, no usb is working and I remapped usb 3 times to be sure
