Hello,

As the title suggests, I've got issue with my dual Xeon E5-2680 system. I can't pass the macOS installer. However with only one CPU on the motherboard, I managed to install perfectly macOS Big Sur.

My config :
- Chinese X79 Server V1.1 : Above 4G Decoding disabled in BIOS, HT enabled
- 2 x Xeon E5-2680 (8c/16t each CPU)
- GT 730
- 4 x 8 GB 1600MHz DDR3
- Samsung 970 EVO PLUS 250 GB (Windows 11 23H2) & PNY CS900 SATA SSD (macOS)
- OpenCore 1.0.4 Debug

I attached all the files. I strictly followed the Dortania guide.

Thank you.

Notes : I'm using a PCIe adapter for a genuine Apple BCM94360CS WiFi/BT card. CryptexFixup.kext is in the .plist for macOS Ventura and newer. Mapping was done with USBToolBox under Windows, using Enable Native Classes. 4 x USB 2.0 ports (out of 6) aren't working due to being mapped as "internal" since the BCM BT relies on an internal USB 2.0 header, and that these ports shared the same USB controller.

What macOS are you trying to boot?

I'm trying to boot macOS Big Sur ! Since yesterday evening, I actualized my EFI !
But in the original post, you mentioned that you managed to install Big Sur

Yep, I successfully installed Big Sur but only with a single CPU ! With the two CPUs at the same time, I can't boot macOS !

Thank you for clarifying. Might not have read carefully. xD

The EFI needs to be cleaned up. Is this a clean install?

Remove ResetLogoStatus
Disable OEM Table Dropping
Add EUSB to EH01 and USBE to EH02 renames
Remove FixupAppleEfiImages
Remove VoodooPS2 if you don't need the PS/2 support
Remove NVMeFix
Enable DummyPowerManagement
Remove CustomSMBIOSGuid
Set UpdateSMBIOSMode to Create

Ensure your BIOS Settings are correct. Attach the revised EFI

I let VoodooPS2, because my board has two PS/2 ports and I'm using one with my PS/2 keyboard !

Above 4G decoding is disabled in BIOS since even with a single CPU, I can't boot with it enable !

Ok I added the wrong ACPI/Patches... Here's the config.plist with the right patches
