    When you disable WEG, you'll have to use a kernel patch to prevent black screen. See Tahoe section.

    Yes, there was an issue but its resolved now and queued emails are in process. Your EFI is not as per the guide. Several things are enabled which aren't meant for your hardware. Also, the DSDT is not patched correctly.

    But it says No Kext loaded. XML file can be obtained from /etc/libvirt/qemu/ directory. Have done the APU passthrough but never the APU. When its a Laptop, what's the reason to virtualize it? If you want to install macOS, you can install as bare metal.

    You'll have to isolate the APU, then passthrough and use a GOP based ROM for the APU and on macOS side, you'll have to use NootedRed. Attach your XML file to check.
