here's the video. I couldn't upload directly, so i compressed it.
Well, the issue is iASL Segmentation fault and this is why iASL is terminating. And when the iASL will terminate, the disassembly will not proceed further. Hence, no disassembly, no .dsl files.

To fix, just use iasl 6.1 from the repo. Replace the file in the usr/bin and you should be good to go.

Okay Thanks. I will backup my files in the macOS partition, install and use mojave and do all my patches and fix everything, then upgrade to catalina... instead of reinstalling when i switch to SSD, i will just clone the partition instead! and one thing i have been wondering if its right is if i can replace fakesmc.kext, acpibatterymanager.kext and fakesmc plugins with virtualsmc.kext, smcbatterymanager.kext and smcprocessor.kext???

What's the need to install macOS Mojave? And why there is need to reinstall? Yes, you can replace the kexts.

I've changed my mind , I will buy new battery since i still have a problem with the current battery regardless of the OS i boot and an SSD perhaps next month! :)

I saw this 👇 here 👉 https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...x-catalina-using-clover-uefi-hotpatch.285539/

"Note: for some Sky Lake or above Pavilions (tested myself on AU003TX)
Code:
into method label INIT parent_label ACEL replace_content begin // code removed\n end;
- uncomment this code, else battery would show but remain stuck unless the EC memory resets and it remains stuck in other OS (Windows/Linux) "

Sadly i couldn't find a cmos battery in my laptop motherboard i think its different from how it is on other laptops for some reason!

Still trying to fix things... I succeeded in extracting with refs.txt by removing the "-da" entry but i get one error which i attached a screenshot. i'm using the latest iasl aand maciasl from rehabman's bucket Screenshot 2019-12-24 at 21.33.17.png

Update extracting without the refs.txt gives zero errors cheers!!!

I used the origin, which was not clean. I had to remove the .dsl files. After cleanup, i used the refs.txt to disassemble and it had three errors which were easily fixed by uncommenting the lines.

For some Skylake and later, you can extract without -da flag and the refx.txt as it already embeds external opcodes. Using them may conflict.

Speaking of conflicting, i think mine does as i get errors constantly if i use the -da.. i also think my laptop has hardware issue too. If i boot into windows, no matter the timezone i use or if/not i disable automatic time update, my clock is always an hour late

This is what i mentioned in the previous post.

This is the normal behaviour.
The computer stores the current time in a clock on your motherboard. This allows the computer to keep track of time even when turned off. To account for time zones, different operating systems use different methods. Windows assumes the local time is stored in the motherboard, so it doesn’t apply any kind of time zone offset. macOS, on the other hand, will interpret the time on the motherboard as UTC (a.k.a. Universal Time Code or Greenwich Mean Time) and apply a timezone offset to display local time.

Both of these systems work perfectly fine independently. The problem occurs when you dual boot a system, running Windows and macOS off the same motherboard. When the operating systems are forced to share a time store, the clocks won’t sync. Without changing the way one of the operating systems interpret the motherboard time, you’ll never get them to agree.

A guide will be posted soon to fix this issue.
