Ventura/opencore bootloop error

I have a dell XE3 w/ i7 8700 3.20GHz proc with kaby lake mobo. i am getting this error while trying to install. the guide has me confused since this isnt covered even googling isnt helping, can someone help? this is the error i am getting, its doing a continuous error, and will not ever kp, just keep repeating. any advice?
