VDA Decoder failed Ryzen 3 4300u HP Laptop

Hi everyone, I have a Ryzentosh with Ventura 13.6.6 which works perfectly, the only thing I don't understand is why on hackintool it shows vda decoder failed, on videoproc it shows me unavailable but for example I can make proxies with davinci in h .264, or with quickplayer it opens the videos, I tried changing smbios but nothing worked. I'm wondering if anyone has any advice for me.
