made an OpenCore (0.9.3) usb installer with Ventura 13.4.1, being dualbooted with Windows 10 on a siungle drive. I was told to instal macOS first but i havent gotten there yet. this is copied & pasted from a file called opencore-2023-07-06-034127.txt.

attatched is my efi folder if anyone kindly has the time to check and let me know what im doing wrong. i feel like im just gonna be fixing problems, one after another, forever.

my bad. i thought it went through earlier. tried it again and it said something about only a few allowed ext. so i had to change the ext from .rar to zip. hope that works. if not, im including a link to the orginal .rar file.
