For Catalina fix, is the #3 just a place holder? The FIND and REPLACE strings are identical.
Yes, use all the patches together.

Thank you for your answer.

Also would like to report that with Big Sur (11.5.2), it appears that no patching is necessary for Ivy-Bridge CPUs. Tested on my HP 820 and 620 (you still need to generate correct SSDT using ssdtPRGen). Sandy-bridge CPU configurations are still not working (non of the 7 patches worked. In fact only 4 of them would load under Big Sur).

It's only working upto Catalina. I have not tested it on Big Sur due to the lack of hardware.

Patches for Big Sur have been added now.

Big sur patch works on Monterey 12.0.1 but after updating to 12.5 it shows a kernel panic...
Any update with patches with Monterey?

Probably, a new patch update is required.

Yes, currently, this is the issue on some motherboards. The development will start soon and patches will be updated.
