Do any of you have the original firmware file before the z390 designare thunderbolt patch? (original firmware backed up)

While migrating to M1, I am trying to switch my desktop to Windows, but the patched Firmware file is not recognized by Windows, so I am trying to return to the original firmware.

I made a backup, but it seems to have disappeared while cleaning up the files.
