Hello everyone, I would appreciate any help from you. I'll start from afar.
Before I started I checked if my Mini Pc is capable of running it.

It looks like:
My hardware is compatible with the following limitations:
WiFi: The network will work, but without Apple features (no AirDrop, AirPlay, Handoff, etc.)
Bluetooth: Bluetooth will work except for Logitech devices. Devices using the Logitech Unifying receiver will work. (And I have it as well, but I also have wire Keyboard. :))
As an Attachment I added the HTML report from AIDA.

So far so good. I started with the guide from dortania, from the very beginning to the very end. Unfortunatelly without any luck.

I prepared the USB with Rufus, then I downloaded the Mac OS Sonoma with macrecovery under CMD and as result i got BaseSystem.dmg (around 750mb file), I understood that under Windows I can just do online instalation, and under Mac the offline one.
So after that i startet working with Open Core, finding Kexts, drivers , etc. and for Kaby Lake the ACPI aml files..

After that I did use ProperTree to obtain all the infromation and to change True and False here and there using the Dortania Guide.
The GenSMBIOS-master was also part of the joy for the Serial Number etc. As I was done with doing all of this I saved the config.plist

Maybe I forgot few Steps, which I cant remeber right now, but this is it in a nutshell.

So here we got few screenshots of the structure of the folders, as well I added my Efi Folder with the hope you guys check over it and maybe add or delete the things I dont need.

I appreciate any help you can provide.

Are you able to boot into the installer?

Yesterday I did new Efi Folder, learned few things, now i have less things and they should be all in the Config file.
As I start the booting I get this error you can see on the image file, i checked the Vault- its Optional.

I am relly lost :( What can I do better ?

you can also see other errors in your config.plist

run ocvalidate from opecore download on your config.plist and fix your other issues

For this issue, just set Vault to Optional in Misc>Security section of your config.plist.
