That's not how you should identify the BT port.

As mentioned above, you can check the BT using Hackintool and IOReg, without any injection. Just plain USBInjectAll+XHCIUnsupported+XhciPortLimit quirk.

Once you have identified the particular BT is attached to, keep that in mind and then map your USB ports.
