Bluetooth isues

Before a post a question I want to make sure it is possible here
I have a bluetooth connexion problem ...

The problem is :
I have a MacBook Pro 14inch 2023 M2pro
OS is Sonoma 14.6.1

I can't connect any bluetooth device on it.

I tried every device i'd like to connect :
- MOUSE "Logi MX Master 3s for Mac"
- KEYBOARD "MX Keys for Mac"
Does two actually don't work with usbc either. They were working wired and BT on my last MacBookAir, and the leds are on.
- KEYBOARD "Apple Magic Keyboard"
- HEADPHONES (Sony something something)

As seen on the picture below, the bluetooth button doesnt even turn

I've try every technics found on internet, nothing works ...

Backup your data. Run hardware diagnostics and perform a clean install. If the issue persists, its time to get it repaired.
