Hello,
A while ago I bought the BCM94352HMB AzureWave card with the intention of using it in my laptop only to discover that it has a whitelist.
So instead, I decided to buy a Mini PCI-e to PCI-e adapter and use this card on my Desktop Hackintosh.
After inserting it into my PC, I noticed a couple of things:
1. WiFi didn't work.
2. Bluetooth didn't work.
3. My USB 3.1 Gen 2 ports stopped working with USB devices that aren't USB 2.0 (even on Windows).
I then searched online and discovered that I had to install a number of kexts.
After installing AirportBrcmFixup, BrcmBluetoothInjector, BrcmFirmwareData, BrcmPatchRAM3 and adding the WiFi country boot arg, WiFi started working but Bluetooth didn't.
I was then told that I had to map my USB ports instead of using USBInjectAll.
After mapping all my ports, I've noticed a couple of things:
1. Bluetooth still didn't work.
2. Any USB 3.0 port that had a USB 2.0 device in it while mapping, only runs USB devices at USB 2.0 speeds even though they show up as USB 3.0 ports in Hackintool.
3. All my USB 3.0 ports that had a USB 3.0 device in them while mapping, stopped recognizing USB 2.0 devices.
I also started experiencing a weird issue after upgrading to OpenCore 0.6.5 today that makes my speakers beep (as an error beep) after playing the macOS startup sound.
My specs are:
CPU: Intel Core i5-7600K
GPU: GT 740 (video out), IHD 630 (macOS doesn't seem to use it unless I specify it in an app) and a GTX 1070 (disabled on macOS)
MotherBoard: Gigabyte GA-Z270-HD3P
RAM: 16GB DDR4 2400MHz
SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 250GB NVME
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
WiFi + BT card: AzureWave BCM94352HMB
Bootloader: OpenCore 0.6.5
OS: macOS 11.1 (20C69)
OC folder (without serial numbers) attached below
Thanks in advance!
