It's finally ok! I managed to boot now, but now I only have 7MB of video memory and not 16MB

That's nice. Seems like you forgot to enable those quirks. They were already mentioned.

Now, its time to remove -igfxvesa boot arg and patch the framebuffer.

I read and i try, but doesn't work. Also 7mb..
I tried with the framebuffer patch and without the framebuffer patch and same problem.
I am connected via HDMI and my DVMT is set to 64mb
