I had an issue like that while testing a hackintosh Monterey build with Supermicro X9SCL-F Xeon E3-1220 board. Turned out it was RAM. Always freezing after there was 15 or 16 minutes left. What i did was to remove all but one stick of memory, then the installator continued and the OS installed...

I've been reading there are problems with Intel's i226v (and previous 225) network chipsets. Do any of you guys have experience with them with Mac os? The network card stability is very important for me as my audio interface (Metric Halo 3d) is depending on it. Should I avoid intel's controllers...
