I've disabled ResetLogoStatus and added NPCI option to boot args and on 11.4 it gives same result and 11.2.3 stops booting and crashes on loading screen after loading WhateverGreen. Disabling TB SSDT doesn't do everything.

It didn't help but has given a new kernel panic (Kernel Panic 2.txt) and now it crashes right after loading WhateverGreen when it starts to load the installer.

I wanted to upgrade my Catalina audio workstation PC to BigSur 11.4 , but it gets stuck at random moments on loading or installer, and when I'm rebooting to Catalina or older BigSur 11.2.3 it gives me kernel panic info, given in the Kernel Panic.txt. Catalina and BigSur 11.2.3 works...
Update. I've disabled Thunderbolt completely in BIOS but OS still sees the card and now KP is gone but it automatically wakes after sleep.
Update V2: It was only temponary. When I turned off my pc for a while it disappeared.
