Have you downloaded the Full installer for High Sierra or tried to update 10.13.5 to 10.13.6 via App Store's update section?

Use this app: Mac Optimizer Use the second tab and reset the nvram and rebuild system caches. Make sure that SIP is disabled.

I suggest you clean the nvram and rebuild the system caches since the Audio is detected and it's active and see if that helps.
