Well said. A lot of people ask to do EFI for their particular hardware, even when the chipset/CPU models are same. One cannot have this much to build the EFIs for all the systems released till date.

The IOReg does not seem to match this EFI. Make sure the IOReg is the same. Boot using the EFI having the Framebuffer patch enabled and attach a copy of IOReg.

Not sure what patch you're referring to. If you mean the Framebuffer patching, then yes.

Attach your current EFI which you used to boot and created a copy of IOReg.
