1. We both know that none of these will fix the issue as its clearly not working on other OS's as well, not just macOS.
2. The USB map is still working perfectly fine as nothing changed with my hardware & I remember very clearly setting the Bluetooth USB to internal over a year ago & its showing...
Getting the same issues on Linux as well.
Is there anything I need to change in my BIOS for WiFi to work properly?
Because I’m really lost at this point lol.
Not a single 5GHz card wants to work in this PC
well, I got the card, installed it, cleared NVRAM twice, and I'm still having the same 5GHz issues.
Even tried to use SideCar with my iPad Pro and it just times out & shows a black screen on the iPad
I tried all the channels that it allowed me to choose from, including 155, and the card didn't connect to any of them.
Also, I ended up just ordering the card I showed you a week ago.
nope, but I did try that before, didn’t change a thing except for making it harder to get it to connect to the network.
Because when I try to connect to a smart network, it just falls back to 2.4GHz after trying to connect to 5.
Already tried it with smart connect off, didn’t change a thing. It just didn’t want to connect to the network at all (tried different routers as well, it just doesn’t connect on macOS but does connect on Linux).
and yes, I can change channels manually once I turn off smart connect.
