Hi everyone,
I'm trying to set up macOS Ventura on my Dell Latitude 5590 (8th Gen Intel CPU), using the OpenCore EFI from this repo:
My setup:
- Dell Latitude 5590
- Intel i5-8350U (8th gen, UHD 620)
- 16GB RAM, SSD Skynix
- OpenCore...
Yes ! It not works, the macOS installation crash at 12 minutes remaining. It's sad, i think it's not possible to install it on this laptop...
I do all you said. Ideas again ?
What is PR file ? And the NVMe is an Intel SSD. But it crash even in safari (for exemple) after 20 or 30 min. You really think is the problem is about the NVMe ?
The installer crash randomly on the copying file system after 20 or 25 minutes.
But the data is well copied (but not entirely i guess, here is 13,45gb used after crash).
How i can find the problem ? (there is my last config plist file)
Thanks.
I just do the modifications, and it crash before validate root dmg, after just 2 or 3 second and it reboot.
I will do some tries with the minimum kexts (i've using OpenHfsPlus.efi)
