No, unfortunately I don't own any other Thunderbolt devices. What i'm looking to accomplish is be able to power on/off my audio interface (it gets quite hot if left on for long periods of time) without having to restart the machine. Any other suggestions to test or try? Thanks again

The post has been updated with the Kextcache. I have removed SSDT-TB3-OTHER. It has not affected the use of Thunderbolt but hotplug is still not working. Can you elaborate on what is wrong with the config?
