That's what I needed, changed the address from RP21 to RP05 in the SSDT and now Hot Plugging works! I just couldn't be sure of the address since it doesn't mention Thunderbolt in IORegistryExplorer. Many Thanks!!

Exactly my issue, I've read the guide on Hot Plugging Thunderbolt 4 but the address of the controller is elusive. It's not showing in IORegistryExplorer as described. Where do I find it? All I see are PCI devices, no mention of Thunderbolt at all.
